We are a small family business
Since 1968 we have been renting holiday apartments in Timmendorfer Strand. Ostseehaus Dreesen is now run by the second and third generation. We draw on decades of experience to make your stay with us perfect.
The foundation
Brunhild and Siegfried Dreesen rent out their three sons' – Jens, Uwe and Birger – bedrooms to holiday guests during the summer months. The children have to sleep at Grandma's during this time.
Expansion in Timmendorf
Brunhild and Siegfried build 21 new holiday apartments in Timmendorfer Strand. The family business grows and Jens, Uwe and Birger are already helping out in the day-to-day business.
Expansion in Niendorf
With the construction of 'Strandhaus Brunhild', 14 more holiday apartments are created. At the same time, Jens Dreesen expands the offering with the 'Landhaus' with 5 new units.
Generational change
Brunhild and Siegfried retire. While Brunhild still occasionally welcomes spontaneous guests, the business is now officially run by their three sons.
